    - What is the time frame of the return?
    60 days return policy from the date of receiving product.

    - What is the next step to initiate a return?

    - Policy for broken items?
    Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is broken to a manufacture error the customer has 6 months warranty. 

    - Policy for products which are not broken but the customer wants to return because they changed their mind?
    60 days after receiving the order. Customers have 60 days after receiving the item to request a return.

    If customer want to return an item, please send email to support@fansperfect.com, we will provide the return address. As soon as we receive the item we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.

    - Who pays the shipping cost on returns?
    If it is a return or exchange the customer need to pay for the shipment back.

    Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect the return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Most refunds arrive within 1 day.
